Student Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about enriching the educational experiences of students?

Park City Institute seeks a dedicated and collaborative Student Outreach Coordinator to facilitate engagement between Summit County schools and our organization. As the Student Outreach Coordinator, you will be pivotal in coordinating outreach opportunities aligned with the Eccles Center Programs, fostering a deeper connection between students and the performing arts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Summit County schools and Park City Institute to develop and implement outreach strategies that complement the Eccles Center Programs

  • Program Coordination: Coordinate student outreach initiatives, including workshops, lectures, and performances, to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of the arts, specifically, Filmmakers in the Classroom during Sundance and the Winter Season at the Eccles Center.

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between schools, educators, and Park City Institute, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

  • Resource Development: Develop educational resources and materials to support outreach activities, aligning with curriculum standards and educational goals.

  • Event Logistics: Assist in organizing logistics for student outreach events, including transportation, venue setup, and coordination of guest speakers or performers.
