Below, you will find links to PDFs featuring origami in varying degrees of difficulty. Our challenge to you. With a few simple folds, you can create something unexpected ... whimsical or elegant or thoughtful - like a performance you might see at the Eccles Center or, in the summer, at Deer Valley Resort.
For all ten years of the Park City Performing Arts Foundation, we have included the underserved as our guests in our audience. From the beginning, we have worked to ensure our audiences stay as diverse as our programming. Members of Chrysalis, Peace House, Park City School District, Summit County Senior Citizens, Holy Cross Ministries, nearly 8,000 of our neighbors attended performances, summer and winter, for no charge to them, but last year represented $250,000 in unrealized ticket costs to our organization.
Laughing together, singing songs, dancing in the aisles, we think they are all pretty powerful ways to bond. And to realize the redemptive value of the arts. Shared
experiences are part of the fabric that holds our community together.
This year, we need your help so that we can continue to help our neighbors.
The arts can be viewed as a bit of luxury in good times. In tough times, they become a necessity ... to show us beauty, lift us up, give us hope.
Please join us in making this a holiday season that celebrates keeping our whole community in the fold. The ways we can fold, together, are almost endless ...
